🍗 Ingredients
- 1.5–2 lbs diced chicken
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 pack Legacy Masala
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 chopped medium tomato
- 1 tbsp garlic/ginger paste (or fresh)
- 2–3 tbsp oil, ghee, or butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt to taste
🍳 Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic/ginger paste and sauté 2–3 min.
- Add onions, cook until golden brown.
- Mix Legacy Masala with 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Pour into pan. Cook 3–5 min until oil separates.
- Add chopped tomato and stir.
- Add chicken and chickpeas + 1/4 cup water.
- Season with salt. Simmer for 10–15 min.
- Serve hot over rice, naan, or roti.
