Maco-Friendly Chicken & Chickpea Curry (High Protein + Gluten Free)

🍗 Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 lbs diced chicken
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 pack Legacy Masala
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 chopped medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp garlic/ginger paste (or fresh)
  • 2–3 tbsp oil, ghee, or butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic/ginger paste and sauté 2–3 min.
  3. Add onions, cook until golden brown.
  4. Mix Legacy Masala with 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Pour into pan. Cook 3–5 min until oil separates.
  5. Add chopped tomato and stir.
  6. Add chicken and chickpeas + 1/4 cup water.
  7. Season with salt. Simmer for 10–15 min.
  8. Serve hot over rice, naan, or roti.
